How your site will work:
Once you have filled out your subscription form and indicated your preferred web address we will create your page using the info you provide. We will acquire the domain you requested (if available — a quick web search prior to submitting your form will be helpful in determining if the domain you prefer is available). Your domain will then be set up with a redirect that will point it to you repurself.com profile. So, when a visitor types your domain into a browser it will take them to a page similar to this example: http://www.repurself.com/basketball/your-example-page. Upon receipt of payment we will create your profile within three business days.

TERMS OF USE ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS.

The services that Repurself provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”). Repurself reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. The most current Version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the “Terms of Use” hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web pages.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.

Through its web site, Repurself provides you with access to a variety of detail and summary reports that reflect the information that has been entered.The Service, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new Web properties, is subject to the TOU.

PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION.

Unless otherwise specified the Service is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivate works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Services.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY.

If any of the Services requires you to open an account you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Repurself immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE.

As a condition of your use of the Services you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Repurself server, or the network(s) connected to any Repurself server, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Repurself server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services.

PAYMENT METHODS

Repurself, accepts credit cards, Debit cards, money orders, or personal checks, as forms of payment. Billing to your credit card account occurs at the time of purchase or (as applicable) or shortly thereafter. If your paying with money order or check, then your personal website won’t be built until it has cleared the bank.

Repurself.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

PLEASE NOTE

Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order.

BILLING

A one time payment of $39.99 or $59.99 whichever site you choose will be deducted from your account within 24 hours. And if you sign up before the 15^th of the month, Then you will be billed the $10.00 monthly fee on the 1st of each month. If you sign up after the 15^th of the month, Then you will be billed the $10.00 monthly fee on the 15^th of every month.

Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final…..

In order to cancel your subscription, you must contact a Repurself employee by email, or phone call. You must cancel at least 72 hours before your next billing cycle. Repurself.com has the authority to cancel and remove your website if payment has been declined and it is not paid in full within 72 hours of the billing cycle date. There will be a $5.00 reconnect fee, if your website was removed for non payment.
